Overview
In this role you will own and optimize key procurement applications within Ocado’s tech stack, becoming the go-to SME for the Procurement Excellence team. You will work hands-on with core platforms to improve efficiency, support the deployment of an Agentic AI procurement ecosystem, and design training for end-users. You’ll also maintain procurement analytics, support risk and policy governance, and drive measurable business impact. This is a hands-on, tech-forward role at the intersection of procurement, AI, and digital transformation in a fast-growing automation-led company.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of and administer core procurement applications (primary platform, tail spend management, virtual card)
- Develop deep platform knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues as the team SME
- Contribute to building, testing and scaling the Agentic AI Procurement ecosystem to automate workflows
- Design and deliver end-user training to maximise system utilisation and adoption of new tools
- Maintain procurement reporting systems and generate regular/adhoc performance and financial reports
- Support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) by reviewing suppliers against risk frameworks and keeping compliance docs updated
- Monitor KPIs for sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier management processes; assist with policy updates and change management for ESG standards
