Overview
In this role you will strengthen and steer Ocado’s operational resilience framework to protect global services. You will support Operations teams and share BC expertise, guiding the resilience program from design to execution. You’ll lead AI-enhanced analyses and coordinate recovery planning to address major incidents and disruptions. The position offers cross-borough collaboration, opportunities to influence strategy, and exposure to a world-class, tech-driven operation.

Responsibilities
- Advise on Business Continuity developments and shape strategic direction with stakeholders
- Design and deliver high-impact resilience exercises and track lessons to resolution
- Expand and maintain recovery documentation aligned with best practice
- Lead AI-driven Business Impact Analysis sessions with stakeholders
- Document Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) for internal infrastructure
- Identify environmental and organizational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Coordinate responses to client queries on business continuity and resilience
- Establish clear working methods aligned with BCI principles and operational metrics
- Maintain and improve resilience program delivery cadences and roadmaps
- Develop sustainable, operationally focused BC management processes
Key requirements
- Solid experience in Business Continuity Management and operational resilience within an enterprise environment
- Proven track record in building, maintaining, or exercising BC & Crisis Management programmes
- In-depth knowledge of BCI standards, tools, techniques and regulatory guidelines
- Experience delivering high-quality analysis, trend reporting and operational documentation
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
