Working alongside senior leadership -including the Deputy CEO, Chief People Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Reward-you will own core financial processes across Group Operations, driving monthly management reporting, the annual budget cycle, and rolling outlooks while providing strategic decision support, cost-initiative challenge, and cash flow optimisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Group Financial Planning, you will gain invaluable exposure to Group FP&A, Capital Markets, and Investor Relations, while also mentoring a Finance Business Partner to champion consistency and excellence across the Group Ops finance team.
