Employee Relations Advisor/ Human Resources Advisor – Permanent
Hybrid – 2x days a week onsite in Luton (LU4 9TT)

Our Employee Relations Advisors operate as a helpful ‘hub’ of employee relations support for the Ocado Logistics management team. At the forefront of employee relations, they support a team of approximately 400 managers across the business, taking ownership of ER cases, including high-level disciplinaries, appeals, grievances, short-term and long-term sickness, data reporting and more – no two days truly are the same!
Responsibilities
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will:
- Support the Ocado Logistics management team as a central hub for employee relations guidance.
- Take ownership of ER cases, including high-level disciplinaries, appeals, grievances, sickness (short-term and long-term), data reporting and more.
- Provide advice and support to managers across a broad spectrum of ER areas.

What we\’re looking for / Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need previous ER experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, plus:
- Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask when handling volume cases
- Ability to keep accurate records of all actions and documentation relating to cases from start to conclusion, including attending meetings and taking notes
- Passion for initiatives that improve performance, attendance, retention and the overall employee experience
- CIPD qualifications, desirable
