About the role:

We wouldn’t be able to positively impact the way the world shops without our passionate team members - who keep our business running, our vans delivering, our customers’ products picked and packed and our proprietary technology operating at optimum levels. Both behind the scenes within the warehouses and across the front end of the customer experience which means we now have an opportunity for a Planner - Service Delivery Transport to join the team.

As a Planner - Service Delivery Transport, you will be the engine room of our distribution network, creating cost-effective plans that balance operational KPIs with driver wellbeing. • Managing driver availability, holiday requests, and time and attendance to maintain a robust operational headcount.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for LGV driver enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service and professional communication at all times.

About you:

  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills with an eagle eye for detail—this role involves a high degree of administration and data review.
  • A proactive problem‑solver who can think on their feet in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage complex spreadsheets and rotas.
  • A strong communicator who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from drivers to senior managers.
  • Flexible and self‑motivated, with a willingness to work a rota‑based shift pattern (Monday to Sunday) to support our 24/7 operation.
