What you’ll be doing:
- Framework Governance: Architect and govern a scalable, design-first leadership framework rooted in core organizational competencies.
- Talent Development: Design adaptive succession roadmaps that align high-potential growth with long-term business strategy.
- Learning Architecture: Create high-impact, reproducible learning journeys and set pedagogical standards for all internal and external delivery.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate executive insights and rigorous TNA into high-level design specifications and actionable roadmaps.
- Impact Measurement: Establish ROI and effectiveness frameworks to drive continuous, data-led program improvement.

- Leadership Advocacy: Champion a consistent leadership narrative and build capability across the entire organization.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes end to end, ideally within complex or operational organisations - such as FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Aviation or similar.
- Strong capability in both strategic programme design and hands‑on facilitation and delivery.
- Experience building leadership development frameworks, curricula, or portfolios.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management capability, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate impact and demonstrate ROI.
- Experience working with digital learning platforms, coaching models, and blended learning approaches.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed.
Key competencies:
