  • A key collaborator working across Logistics Operations, Finance, and People teams to resolve roster queries and elevate capacity constraints.
  • The guardian of data integrity for Time and Attendance systems, ensuring all holiday entitlements and shift swaps are processed accurately.
  • A driver of efficiency by identifying cost-saving opportunities and improvements within the department's scheduling processes.
  • An adaptable professional supporting a 24/7 business, which includes working a shift-based pattern with regular weekend rotations.

About you: To be successful as our next Delivery Operations Planner, we are looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly when responding to changing operational priorities under pressure.
  • High levels of numeracy and literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, G Suite, or similar data management tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high volumes of administrative tasks accurately.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the flexibility to travel to different UK sites as required by the business.
