About the Team And The Role
The Reporting Analyst team is responsible for supporting teams across Ocado Retail to make all value‑add decisions data driven. We work closely with teams across the entire business, developing an understanding of their own priorities and responsibilities to ensure any reports we provide are useful for them. Analytical and communication skills are required for the scoping phase, to ensure the report is asking and answering the right questions. Design and technical skills are required to build the report itself. A senior reporting analyst is additionally expected to help mentor and manage more junior members of the team, to drive larger programmes and projects from start to finish, and to have the strategic focus to identify and implement opportunities to improve ways of working.
