You will bring a solid understanding of Google Ads and a can‑do attitude, ready to expand your expertise while driving performance‑focused campaigns across Paid Search, Shopping, and Performance Max (PMax). A key aspect of the role is building and executing campaigns across Search and Shopping, primarily through Google Ads, and supporting tools to acquire profitable customers at scale. You will work closely with both our internal creative partners and Martech teams to execute and optimise PPC campaigns that align with our strategic goals of driving new customer acquisition and Life Time Value.
What you’ll do
- Daily Monitoring & Reporting: Take charge of day‑to‑day performance and budget monitoring. Pull data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track, analyse and improve campaign performance.
- Account Optimisations: Analyse accounts and implement detailed optimisations across budgets, bids, keywords, ad copy, and product feeds to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Campaign Creation: Handle end‑to‑end campaign creation and setup for Search, shopping and PMax, including comprehensive keyword research, campaign structuring, implementation, and reporting.
- Asset Creation: Work closely with the channel owners, digital and in‑house creative teams to manage creative assets for PMax & Search campaigns. Take ownership of the asset creation process from start to finish.
- Trends & Insights: Frequently monitor Google recommendations, utilise insights, and review trend reports. Proactively share actionable recommendations with the PPC and wider digital marketing team.
- Billing: Assist the team in the invoice process, ensuring all relevant POs are raised correctly and invoices are cleared to maintain uninterrupted account activity.
Who you are
- Experienced: Experience in practical, hands‑on experience building and optimising campaigns across Google Search, Shopping and PMax (agency or in‑house).
- Commercially Minded: You have a solid grasp of core trading KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, Conversion rate) and understand the basic levers needed to influence them.
- Analytical: Data‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. You know how to look at campaign data and extract actionable recommendations.
- Technical: Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
- Collaborative: You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building productive relationships across different teams.
- Curious & Eager to Learn: While you bring great foundational experience to the table, you are naturally inquisitive, keen to deepen your PPC expertise, and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and Google updates.
