About The Team And The Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented DevOps Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the infrastructure and access controls for our enterprise integration platform, primarily Mulesoft, and supporting cloud‑based services in GCP or AWS. The successful candidate will ensure the security, reliability, and efficiency of our integration environment, enabling smooth and seamless data flow across our systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Access Management & Security: Manage user access to Mulesoft and other integration‑related systems, including OAUTH2 credential management. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data. Handle access requests and troubleshoot access‑related issues promptly. Coordinate with the Enterprise Integration Architect on any significant changes to access control policies or security configurations.
- Environment Management: Maintain and monitor the health and performance of the Mulesoft integration platform. Support the deployment and configuration of integration solutions in cloud environments (AWS). Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency. Inform the Enterprise Integration Architect of any major infrastructure changes or performance issues that may impact integration solutions.
- Infrastructure Support: Provide technical support for integration infrastructure, resolving issues and ensuring minimal downtime. Collaborate with development teams to ensure.
