You will be the architect of AI‑driven workflows, utilising tools like Gemini, LLM, Monday.com and FigmaBuzz to architect a technical transformation, automate high‑volume media execution and unlock strategic capacity for the entire team. The Media Project Manager will work closely with the SFM Manager to lead the team to deliver media on time and in full, supporting the overall strategy to grow supplier funded media opportunities. This person will be integral to ensuring we successfully deliver against supplier expectations, with the focus on improving the colleague, supplier and customer experience wherever possible. In 6 months, you will leave a legacy by fundamentally changing how the UK’s largest online supermarket handles media. This is a fast‑paced implementation role perfect for someone who wants to prove the ROI of AI in a Tier‑1 retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Map complex media lifecycles and architect automated end‑to‑end solutions.
- Build out a delivery plan to ensure measurable changes are rolled out over the 6‑month contract period.
- Utilise available tools (eg Gemini, Monday.com, FigmaBuzz) to implement AI‑driven workflows.
- Act as the bridge between Commercial stakeholders and Engineering to deploy proprietary AI integrations.
- Work closely with the SFM Manager to lead the team to deliver media on time and in full.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to develop an understanding of supplier funded media and associated business improvement projects.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Ocado Ads to upskill and spend time building knowledge of e‑commerce to help support the connectivity of both teams.
- Influence and ensure teams within e‑commerce are accountable to deliver the requirements of the retail and content plans.
Who You Are
- Strong knowledge of AI and Automation tools with experience implementing AI workflows.
- Proven ability in prompt engineering and a deep understanding of how to structure logic within AI workflows.
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools and connecting disparate APIs to create seamless end‑to‑end automations.
- Experience in project management and/or business improvement initiatives.
- Passionate about making change and creating efficiencies.
- Organised and great stakeholder management skills – capable to plan strategically and deliver plans through influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of e‑commerce and supplier funded media.
- Strong communicator, influencer and problem solver.
- Ability to use insights and data to make commercially driven decisions.
