About the team and role
Are you passionate about embedding best practices and fostering a culture of integrity? We are seeking a dynamic Compliance Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Code Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in evolving our compliance strategy and impacting the entire business.
Key responsibilities
- Compliance Gap Analysis and Remediation: Identify deficiencies and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver compliance training programs.
- GSCOP Advisory: Support colleagues on GSCOP queries.
- Investigations Management: Support investigations related to internal issues or external complaints.
- Reporting and Governance: Track and report compliance data to relevant bodies.
- Policy and Process Management: Develop and maintain compliance policies and processes.
Candidate profile
We seek candidates with:
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risks
- Knowledge of GSCOP (preferred)
- Experience in a corporate environment, ideally retail
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Project management experience
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
