We’re looking for a Transport Coordinator (Primary Network Coordinator) to join our Internal Transport Team at Ocado. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of stock from suppliers, working closely with hauliers, and handling daily transport-related queries. This role is essential in keeping our operations on track, dealing with challenges as they arise, and ensuring that our logistics function runs efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day transport queries, including delays, missed deliveries, and order shortages.
- Monitoring and responding to queries via our central inbox.
- Generating and uploading finance and operational reports.
- Using in-house systems (basic Excel skills required).
- Supporting account managers with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Liaising between primary hauliers and Ocado operations to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
- Maintaining finance data and resolving invoice queries.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Operations teams.
Who We’re Looking For
