Available Night Shift Roles:
- Despatch 19:00 – 06:00: Load individual totes into frames, load them into delivery vans, and sort and organise returning totes. This is a physical role that requires lifting heavy items.
- Pick 19:00 – 06:00: Pick and pack customer orders into shopping totes, handling goods with care and receiving assistance from robots.
- Inbound 18:00 – 06:00: Receive goods from suppliers and place them into totes for robots and pickers.
- Freezer 18:00 – 06:00: Pick and pack frozen items for customer orders into totes within a large freezer; full gear provided for temperatures up to –25°C.
Pay & Benefits:
- Basic rate: £12.93 per hour
- Night shift premium (midnight–6 am) + £2.67 per hour
- Freezer premium + £1.10 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.25 × basic rate
