We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Operations team at CFC Dordon. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our automated facility running at peak performance, working closely with Inbound, Outbound and wider support teams to maximise availability, reliability and safety across the site.
This role operates on day shifts, 4 days per week, supporting our continuous operation model and offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be trusted to take ownership of the site’s engineering performance by:
- Proactively carrying out planned and preventative maintenance across the facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner
- Working collaboratively with other departments to improve machine reliability on both existing and new equipment
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed, parts used, training and maintenance activities
- Monitoring, reporting and analysing data relating to automation and maintenance performance
- Using computerised maintenance systems to complete jam reports and maintenance logs
Requirements:
- Mechanical engineering experience, ideally within an FMCG or automated environment
- Strong technical ability across automation hardware and software
- Experience with both reactive and preventative maintenance
- A working knowledge of automated warehouses and their technical components
- Basic computer literacy and confidence using maintenance and reporting systems
