About the role
We have limited vacancies available to join our Zoom Team as a Warehouse Operative in Leyton. You don’t need to have any previous experience to join our team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude and our training team will do the rest. We use innovative and state of the art technology to ensure our customer’s shopping is picked and packed in a safe, clean and fast paced warehouse environment.
Working in Zoom you will be working in any of the following areas:
- Inbound: Working within a chilled environment (0-5 degrees), with responsibility for decanting products into totes at a workstation of moving totes into a fixed racking area and picking and packing individual products into totes. In this role you will be required to lift totes weighing up to 25kg.
- Outbound: You will use an interactive screen to work at a pick station and you will be required to work in either a chilled (0-5 degrees) or ambient environment. You may also be required to pick items from chest freezers and will be provided with equipment to ensure you remain warm.
- Despatch: You will be required to remove bags from totes and place them on racks so that the riders can collect them for delivery.

Contract Type: Permanent
Contract hours: 32 hours - working Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday (4 x 8 hour shifts); 16 hours - working Saturday & Sunday (2 x 8 hour shifts).
Pay structure: This position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
