About the Role
As our Knowledge Manager within the People Services team, you'll lead the charge in creating a smarter, faster, and more connected workplace. You'll design and own the knowledge management strategy - ensuring every colleague, from HR to payroll, can access accurate and helpful information exactly when they need it. Using tools like Oracle Knowledge Centre, you'll help transform the way our people self-serve and solve problems, reducing resolution times and improving employee experience. It's more than content management - it's building a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.
Your Impact
- Knowledge Management & Content Governance: Oversee taxonomy, tagging, and content structure to improve searchability. Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and easy to find.

- Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Work with HR, IT, and SMEs to curate and maintain high-quality content. Deliver training and guidance to encourage effective content creation. Engage proactively with teams to identify gaps and refine strategies.
- Continuous Improvement & Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key metrics (e.g. search success, case deflection, usage). Use insights from data to improve knowledge effectiveness. Stay up to date on best practices and innovations in knowledge management.
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
- Bring experience in knowledge management, content strategy or digital platforms.
- Understand taxonomy, content governance, and how to make search work smarter.
- Can translate complex content into something people can actually use.
- Are confident working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
- Have worked with Oracle Knowledge Centre - or are ready to get to grips with it fast.
Even Better If You Also:
- Have experience in a People Services or HR environment.
- Understand AI-powered search or content automation.
- Know how to embed cultural change through knowledge sharing.
To thrive in this role you may be a current or previous: Knowledge Manager, Information Manager, Content Manager, Communications, (in house) or have experience managing and deploying large volumes of content for business wide use.
We encourage you to apply for immediate consideration if you have experience in the above areas or similar. This role offers genuine variety and the rare opportunity to take full ownership of our knowledge content strategy. From shaping how information is structured and accessed, to driving long-term improvements across systems and teams, you'll have the autonomy to build something that truly makes a difference. You'll be trusted to lead, innovate, and embed a knowledge culture that empowers our people, enhances self-service, and improves the everyday experience for thousands of colleagues across Ocado Logistics.
