As our Knowledge Manager within the People Services team, you’ll lead the charge in creating a smarter, faster, and more connected workplace. You’ll design and own the knowledge management strategy - ensuring every colleague, from HR to payroll, can access accurate and helpful information exactly when they need it.
Using tools like Oracle Knowledge Centre, you’ll help transform the way our people self-serve and solve problems, reducing resolution times and improving employee experience. It’s more than content management - it’s building a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement.
Your Impact
- Knowledge Management & Content Governance
- Oversee taxonomy, tagging, and content structure to improve searchability.
- Ensure all content is accurate, relevant, and easy to find.
- Oracle Knowledge Centre Implementation & Optimisation
- Lead rollout and optimisation of Oracle Knowledge Centre across People Services.
- Monitor system usage and performance to drive improvements.
- Integrate with HRIS, case management, and self-service tools for smooth access.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Training
- Work with HR, IT, and SMEs to curate and maintain high-quality content.
- Deliver training and guidance to encourage effective content creation.
- Engage proactively with teams to identify gaps and refine strategies.
- Continuous Improvement & Performance Measurement
- Define and monitor key metrics (e.g. search success, case deflection, usage).
- Use insights from data to improve knowledge effectiveness.
- Stay up to date on best practices and innovations in knowledge management.
