Love being on the move, meeting new people and delivering outstanding service every day? At Ocado Logistics, our Customer Service Team Members do far more than simply deliver groceries. They are the trusted face of our business, helping create thousands of positive customer experiences every week. Whether it's delivering a family's weekly shop, helping a customer with their bags, or simply arriving on time with a friendly smile, our CSTMs play a vital role in building the relationships that keep customers choosing Ocado. Every day you'll interact with different customers, deliver outstanding service and play an important role in communities across the region. Rain or shine, you'll be out and about making a difference to our customers, one delivery at a time. Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns include evenings and weekends. In return, you'll receive premiums on top of your base pay, increasing average hourly earnings to £14.01 per hour. You can also boost your earnings further through enhanced overtime rates, helping fund those special occasions or simply giving you extra flexibility.
