We’re looking for an Analytics Manager to lead a team driving network optimisation, resource planning, and strategic analytics across our UK operations. This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence multi-million-pound decisions and shape the operational efficiency of our business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a team of analysts and planners, fostering growth, managing priorities, and driving accountability.
- Own and optimise key processes and frameworks, ensuring consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Design and implement cutting-edge optimisation tools and techniques to drive efficiency and business impact.
- Shape strategic priorities with managers, while empowering your team to define and execute specific analytics initiatives.
- Act as a key stakeholder influencing multi-million-pound cost lines and decisions, translating analytics into actionable insights.
- Enable cross-site collaboration by embedding best practices and improving ways of working.
About you:
- Proven experience in analytics, optimisation, or network planning, ideally within logistics, retail, or consultancy.
- Strong expertise in data analysis and tooling (SQL essential; VBA, Python, R or similar desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Logical, structured, and proactive problem-solver with attention to operational and strategic detail.
- Experience designing and improving processes and frameworks, balancing operational delivery with strategic objectives.
