Working across fleet, facilities, and people coordination, you’ll be instrumental in delivering operational efficiency and achieving key performance targets.   • Assist in managing fleet, facilities, and operational assets to ensure safety, compliance, and availability.
  • Support the timely and accurate delivery of all customer orders to maintain high service standards.
  • Help monitor shift performance, resource allocation, KPIs, and operational risks.
  • Support team members through guidance and coaching, helping maintain engagement and motivation.
  • Monitor routes in real time and help resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to maintaining delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and service excellence.
  • Foster collaboration, teamwork, and clear communication across shifts.

Current UK Driving Licence (or equivalent), IOSH managing safely (or equivalent). Background in distribution, fleet or logistics management would be advantageous.
