At the forefront of employee relations, they support a team of approximately 400 managers across the business, taking ownership of ER cases, including high-level disciplinaries, appeals, grievances, short-term and long-term sickness, data reporting and more.
Responsibilities
- Own the full spectrum of ER activity for the Head Office population, including grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, appeals, and sickness management.

- Provide expert ER advice to managers, act as the go-to ER specialist, and influence case outcomes from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate records of all actions and documentation, including attendance at meetings and note-taking where required.
Qualifications
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of cases.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate case records and handle meetings and note-taking as required.
- Passion for initiatives that improve performance, attendance, retention, and the overall employee experience.
