This hybrid role requires in-office presence twice a week at our Head Office in Hatfield.
As a Demand Planner, you’ll drive the success of our product range by managing forecasts, supplier performance, and key KPIs. You’ll work closely with trading teams and suppliers to keep our supply chain running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage demand and forecast planning across ~2,500 products
- Use data to achieve KPIs for availability, waste, and fulfilment
- Build strong supplier relationships and conduct performance reviews
- Optimise delivery schedules and buying processes
- Support promotional, seasonal, and new product planning
- Analyse trends and recommend improvements
- Act as a point of contact for supply chain queries
- Collaborate on process development and system improvements
About You:
- Experience in FMCG, supply chain, merchandising, or logistics
- Skilled in demand forecasting and data analysis
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive in fast-paced environments
- Able to make decisions independently
- Willing to work occasional weekends on a rota
Preferred:
- Commercial acumen and supplier management experience
- Background in e-commerce or large-scale retail supply chains

Our process has two stages. After an initial screening call with Richard Wandowski, our Lead Recruiter, you’ll prepare a short presentation. You’ll then meet senior team members to discuss your experience and approach.
