Overview
Join Ocado Logistics where there are bags of possibilities. It is our mission to provide an outstanding customer experience. Our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
You’ll be on the road whatever the weather, and you can sing along as loudly as you like. We use automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van. Working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour. You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime. All breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid.

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
- Be customer facing and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Use automated technology to pre-plan routes and pre-load vans.
- Work evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays as part of rotating shifts.
Qualifications
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
- Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
- Over 18 to handle alcohol products where applicable.
- Good communication skills for a customer-facing role.

Contract Details
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
- Contracted days: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts; start dates in May; further information provided during pre-boarding
- Shifts: AM & PM; start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00; rota up to 13 weeks in advance
- Pay Structure: The position is paid monthly on a 4-week cycle (lunar paid)
- Hourly Pay Rates: Base £13.26; Evening Premium £1.12; Sunday Day Premium £1.33; Sunday Evening Premium £2.56; Overtime (Day/Evening) rates as listed
