Responsibilities

Provide an outstanding customer experience by delivering top‑quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You’ll be on the road delivering goods, traveling across the region, sometimes across several weather conditions. Our automated technology pre‑plans your route and pre‑loads the van to optimise your journey. Shifts include evenings and weekends, ensuring a base pay that increases to an average of £13.24 per hour and further earnings through enhanced overtime.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Contract Details

• Contract type: Permanent.
• Contract hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks).
• Contracted days: any 5 days out of 7 working 8‑hour shifts.
• Shift times: AM & PM – start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Shift rota is provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay structure: lunar paid – paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Hourly Pay Rates

• Monday to Saturday (Basic rate): £12.72.
• Evening premium (from 6pm): £1.12.
• Sunday day premium: £1.27.
• Sunday evening premium: £2.50.
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (day shift): £15.90.
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (evening shift): £17.30.
