Overview
Ocado Logistics is hiring Customer Service Team Members to deliver top quality products on time in an efficient manner. As a driver, you will be out on the road in all weather, supported by automated technology to pre-plan routes and pre-load vans. Working patterns include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, with base pay plus premiums to increase average hourly earnings. All breaks are paid.

Responsibilities
- Deliver quality goods on time and provide excellent customer service while on the road.
- Work with automated routing and pre-loaded vans to support efficient deliveries.
- Be available for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and weekdays; shifts vary and overtime may be available.
- Ensure compliance with DBS checks and Right to Work checks as part of the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
- Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
- Over 18 for handling alcohol deliveries; good communication skills for a customer-facing role.

- Pay Structure: Lunar pay (paid every 4 weeks)
