While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role in delivering top‑quality products on time and efficiently.
You’ll be on the road whatever the weather, with no radio station disputes – singing along is allowed. We use automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van.
Everyone brings groceries at different times, so our working patterns include evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of base pay you receive premiums that bump your average hourly earnings to £14.47 per hour. You can also increase earnings with overtime to fund special occasions.
All your breaks are paid; for every minute at work you get paid. Shifts vary, and further details are provided during onboarding.

Qualifications
You don’t need prior experience – just bring yourself and a positive attitude. Training will be provided.
Driving Licence Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
Some deliveries involve alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are essential.

Permanent
Contract Hours
40 hours per week, including paid breaks.
Contracted Days
Any five days out of seven, with 8‑hour shifts; further details during pre‑boarding.
Shifts
AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure
Lunar paid – paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.89
Evening Premium (from 6pm): £15.01
Sunday Day Premium: £15.28
Sunday Evening Premium: £16.51
Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.36
Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.48
