While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time with a smile.
You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like. In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van so you can concentrate on delivering joy.
Your Weekend Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our teams on a weekend‑only basis, perfect for those seeking a consistent part‑time schedule. You will work two 8‑hour shifts across Saturday and Sunday every weekend (please note we are unable to hire anyone already working more than three days a week). And you can enjoy the benefit of a Sunday premium on every shift you work.

What We Need From You
You don’t need any previous experience to join our good‑natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest.
Driving Licence Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of six penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past five years
Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract & Pay Details
- Contract type: permanent, weekend part‑time
- Contract hours: 16 hours per week (including paid breaks)
- Contracted days: Saturday and Sunday only (please note we are unable to hire anyone already working more than three days a week)
- Pay structure: the position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every four weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying
Hourly Pay Rates
- Saturday 6 am to 6 pm: £12.75
- Saturday evening 6 pm to midnight: £13.87
- Sunday 6 am to 6 pm: £14.03
- Sunday evening 6 pm to midnight: £15.26
