Driving Licence Requirements
- Full UK or EU driving licence
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience
- Maximum of 6 penalty points
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
- Must be over 18 years old; some deliveries involve alcohol products
How To Apply
Fill in an online application – no CV needed. Our friendly recruitment team will contact you to conduct an Online Licence Check and Right to Work checks. You will then be invited to a site tour and a Q&A session. A Disclosure Barring System check (DBS) will be carried out. Once all checks are completed, you will receive a formal offer and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin.
Contract Information
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)
- Contracted Days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, working 8‑hour shifts. Further details will be provided during pre‑boarding.
- Shifts: AM & PM. Shifts may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Shift rosters will be released up to 13 weeks in advance.
- Pay Structure: Lunar – you are paid every four weeks according to a monthly schedule.
Pay Rates
- Monday‑Saturday (Basic Rate): £12.72
- Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
- Sunday Day Premium: £1.27
- Sunday Evening Premium: £2.50
- Overtime (Monday‑Saturday Day Shift): £15.90
- Overtime (Monday‑Saturday Evening Shift): £17.30
