We are on the search for a talented Reward and Benefits Partner to join our small but mighty reward team at Ocado Logistics. As our reward and benefits partner you’ll be at the heart of exciting projects; benefits redesign, pay reviews, and collaborating with internal and external people to ensure our offerings are not only attractive but also legally compliant, fair, and accurately benchmarked.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in defining and implementing a fair and competitive, fit-for-purpose total compensation and benefits package that align with our company’s strategy and business goals. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to bring these initiatives to life.
