We are on the search for a talented Reward and Benefits Partner to join our small but mighty reward team at Ocado Logistics. As our reward and benefits partner you’ll be at the heart of exciting projects; benefits redesign, pay reviews, and collaborating with internal and external people to ensure our offerings are not only attractive but also legally compliant, fair, and accurately benchmarked.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in defining and implementing a fair and competitive, fit-for-purpose total compensation and benefits package that align with our company’s strategy and business goals. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and third-party providers to bring these initiatives to life.

We are looking for someone with 3-5 years experience in the reward and benefits space, with experience managing benefits platforms, systems and payroll as well as knowledgeable on benchmarking and job architecture. Whether you're a current reward and benefits partner seeking the next step at a larger organisation or a seasoned specialist ready to elevate your career, this role offers a unique opportunity to grow and make a real impact across total reward.

You may be currently working or have experience as Reward and Benefits Partner, Reward and Benefits Specialist, Reward Business Partner, Reward and Benefits Analyst.
