- Strong financial literacy with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and cost modelling.
- A strategic mindset -someone who sees both operational detail and the big picture.
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites and supplier locations when needed.

We’re committed to finding the right person for this critical new role. Our interview process will typically include three stages:
- Introductory call (30 minutes with Richard Wandowski, our lead recruiter) – to learn more about you and answer any questions you may have.
- In-depth interview – a detailed discussion to explore your experience and suitability for the role.
- Stakeholder panel – meet key business partners to understand cross-functional expectations.
