To keep our world-class systems running at their best, we’re looking for a Technical Assistant (Shift) to join our Engineering Operations team – helping maintain equipment, support maintenance activities, and ensure technical areas remain safe, clean, and efficient.

As a Technical Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our engineering operations run seamlessly. The role is shift based to support the 24/7 operation of the CFC. You will work the Panama shift pattern to support continuous operations, benefiting from a competitive salary and benefits.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting maintenance activities across the site.
  • Keeping technical areas safe, clean, and organised to a high standard.
  • Resolving minor faults within your training and escalating issues where needed.
  • Assisting the engineering team on planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Ensuring equipment is cared for, secure, and used safely.
  • Completing paperwork accurately and on time.

Strong communication is key – you’ll escalate issues promptly and share knowledge with your team to help everyone succeed. You’ll work closely with:
