About The Role We seek an experienced and commercially aware Finance Professional to enhance our Group FP&A capabilities, support system improvements, and provide top-tier financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. You will support decision-making by delivering actionable insights and driving process improvements in a dynamic environment. Accountabilities Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting cycles, consolidating inputs from various business segments. Manage models and data sources supporting planning and forecasting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support understanding of forecast variances, trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear insights. Assist in automating financial processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to ensure planning assumptions are aligned with current outlooks. Support strategic finance projects and prepare materials for leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders. About You Minimum 5+ years in FP&A, Group Finance, or Commercial Finance. Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent). Strong skills in financial modelling, forecasting, and data management. Experience with Oracle or similar systems is desirable. Ability to interpret complex financial data with high accuracy. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
