  • Working with partners to ensure effective use of customer data for marketing and ecommerce reporting, including lifetime value (LTV) and cohort analysis.
  • Partnering with Ocado Solutions and Technology to identify and close gaps in data feeds and ecommerce data layers.
  • Creating compelling dashboards and reports that present insights in actionable, user-friendly formats.
  • Contributing to team processes, project management, and mentoring junior analysts to foster a collaborative, innovative environment.

What we’re looking for: Essential skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, VBA/AppScript, Data Studio/Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics).
  • Proven experience leading projects in the marketing/ecommerce sector, with a strong understanding of customer lifetime metrics, cohort modelling, and performance marketing reporting.
  • Ability to quantify the incremental uplift of partners’ marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to analyse and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and leading projects independently.
  • Proficiency in Python and Google Colab for advanced data processing.
  • Experience with process mining technologies such as Celonis.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and predictive modelling.
  • Background in online grocery, retail, or logistics analytics.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet OSP partners.

What do I get in return:
