About the Role
We're seeking a manager passionate about learning, leading and logistics to manage a team in our
LGV department.
As a LGV Team Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our LGV operation, including fleet, facilities, and team management.
You'll ensure efficient and professional service delivery across a variety of shifts, including both day and night shifts.

Experience in logistics and transportation will be advantageous but is not required. If you can demonstrate your transferrable skills we would still love to hear from you!

About You

Essential
- Experience managing people in teams.
- Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
- Management or supervisory experience, especially with large groups.
- Current UK Driving License.
- Bonus Points (We’ll Provide Training!)
- Excellent highway code knowledge.
- Knowledge of EU and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Experience communicating with stakeholders and service providers.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
- People management and team-building skills.
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment, Fleet, or Health and Safety.
- CPC National or International Road Haulage qualifications (we will support you in gaining these).
