About the Role

We are introducing a permanent Procurement Excellence Analyst role as the third member of our lean, Procurement Excellence team. You will get hands-on with our market leading procurement tech and global processes. This is a brilliant opportunity to build deep expertise and quickly become our team’s go-to Subject Matter Expert. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll be on the frontline of procurement innovation, actively helping us design, develop, and scale our next-generation Agentic AI ecosystem.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building deep technical knowledge across these platforms to serve as the team’s go-to expert, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues independently.
  • Actively participating in building, testing, and rolling out our emerging Agentic AI Procurement ecosystem, helping to automate complex workflows and redefine the future of procurement technology.
  • Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure end-users maximise system utilisation and seamlessly adopt new digital tools.

Data & Analytics

  • Maintaining and updating robust procurement reporting systems to closely track operational and financial performance.
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc reports that highlight procurement achievements and financial benefits for business stakeholders.

Supplier Risk Management & Compliance

  • Providing essential support to ensure our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) programme successfully reviews in-scope suppliers against our global risk frameworks.
  • Maintaining up-to-date supplier compliance documentation within our systems, flagging and escalating non-compliant suppliers when necessary.

Policy, Governance & Process Excellence

  • Helping track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the day-to-day efficiency of our sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and supplier management processes.
  • Supporting communication and change management efforts regarding policy updates, system access controls, and ESG standards across the organisation.

About you

  • Tech-Savvy & Curious: You have a strong affinity for tech and desire to test and learn on cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • Aspiring SME: You enjoy taking full ownership of an application, learning its inner workings inside and out, and becoming the "person with the answers" for the wider team.
  • AI Enthusiast: You are genuinely excited about the potential of Agentic AI and automation, and you possess the analytical mindset required to help build automated workflows from scratch.
  • Communication Skills: You can translate system outputs and complex processes into clear, actionable advice for stakeholders at all levels of the business.
