We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for three detail-focused administrators to join our People team at Ocado Logistics on a 6-month FTC basis. Whether you have experience in an administrative role or are looking to transition from customer service or hospitality into HR administration, this could be a fantastic next step in your career. What you’ll be doing:
As a People Administrator in our People Operations Team, you’ll act as the first point of contact for employee queries across our workforce of over 16,000 colleagues. Using a range of HR systems, you’ll take ownership of each enquiry from start to finish, ensuring every colleague receives clear, accurate, and timely support.
You’ll likely join either our Employee Relations or Shared Services team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the team with tasks such as raising contracts, managing leavers, reporting absences and using our various HR systems! No two days are ever the same - you can expect variety, collaboration, and the satisfaction of making a real difference in a fast-paced, supportive environment alongside a growing and talented team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to colleague queries across our HR systems, providing accurate and timely information
- Managing people-related administrative tasks, including system access, data updates, and audit checks
- Using Excel to generate and maintain reports for people data
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a background in administration, customer service, or hospitality, and is confident working at pace.
- Has excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Is naturally curious, a fast learner, and enjoys solving problems.
