OC Motor Repairs Ltd is an accident repair centre that is part of the One Call Group of companies. It has been established for over 10 years, and is a group of insurance approved vehicle repair centres, working to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. We specialise in car body repairs and accident crash repairs.
Work Hours: 9:00am - 17.30pm Monday - Friday + OVERTIME
Place of Work: Unit 25, Flightway, Dunkeswell Business Park, Dunkeswell, Honiton, Devon, EX14 4RD
Salary: ÂŁ13
Experience: No experience is necessary as full training is given.
Qualifications:
- Full UK driver’s license – C1
- Must have up to 7.5 tonne license
- CPC is essential or passed your test before 1997
Duties Include:
- To deliver hire cars to customers after they have been involved in an accident.
- To take responsibility for their allocated vehicle and all its associated equipment such as mobile phone and satellite navigation unit and maintain it in a clean and roadworthy operational condition.
- To carry out a daily check of all aspects of their allocated vehicle as outlined in the Company Handbook.
- To report all vehicle and equipment defects using the appropriate forms.
- To ensure that all legal compliance is maintained and that any infringement is reported immediately to the Transport Team Leader/Supervisor.
- To immediately report all accidents, completing the relevant Accident Report Form and recording this in the Accident Book.
Skills and competences:
- To move vehicles around the yard to create space when needed.
- To valet cars, ensuring they are kept clean and tidy.
- To ensure the yard is maintained to a suitable standard at all times.
