Our Reward team sits within our Workforce network, as part of our wider Tax, Legal and People practice. Workforce is built up of specialist teams who provide advice and support to manage organisational and people challenges, delivering tailored solutions to each of our clients.
As part of the Workforce Reward team you'll help clients attract and retain talent, ensure that the way their employees are rewarded is aligned to corporate strategy, is cost effective and best supports employee performance and engagement. You'll experience unparalleled opportunities to develop your career as you support a diverse range of clients in a variety of ways, helping them solve complex and technical issues as well as advising on the overall design and provision of their reward offering.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Workforce Reward team as a Senior Manager. The role would be responsible for advising organisations on all aspects of remuneration including reward strategy, incentive design, job architecture, performance management and provision of market practice. The scope of the role is wide and will vary depending on the needs of our clients.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Advising on development of reward strategy aligned to business strategy on a UK and global basis
- Advising on and helping to develop robust job architecture, pay and grading structures, job evaluation
- Advising on incentive design, including annual bonus and long term incentive plans
- Advising on development of employee value propositions and performance management systems
- Carrying out remuneration benchmarking
- Modelling remuneration plans including analysis of payouts, costs and dilution
- Undertaking data analytics using Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, Alteryx
- Assisting with client management, including risk processes, timely billing and cash collection
- Informal and formal training of junior members of the team
- Leading client delivery of projects
This role is for you if:
- Experience of working in a reward team, either in-house or within a consultancy practice
- Able to project manage a team including coaching and developing junior members of the team
- Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple and impactful way
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Ability to navigate and manage conflicting demands
