Obtain IT are supporting a regulated organisation to secure an IAM Delivery Lead for a 12-month contract. This is a senior, hands-on delivery role sitting across IAM, IDAM, security governance, audit readiness, control assurance, access management and security reporting.
The client needs someone who can bring structure, ownership and delivery momentum across several active workstreams, working closely with security, technology, audit, platform and business stakeholders. It would suit someone who understands identity and access management, but can also operate across governance, controls, audit, reporting and stakeholder delivery.
Key areas of focus include:
- IAM / IDAM onboarding, role management and access controls
- Security governance and control activity
- ISMS maintenance and policy refresh
- ITGCs, audit readiness and evidence tracking
- Segregation of Duties remediation
- Third-party assurance and supplier security questionnaires
- Security KRIs, reporting and governance rhythm
- Cloud and platform security onboarding
- Security tooling operationalisation
- Data classification, penetration testing preparation and operational resilience
The right person will likely have experience across IAM governance, Security GRC, controls, audit, access management and senior stakeholder reporting. You will need to be comfortable operating independently, managing multiple stakeholders, working through ambiguity and turning broad security requirements into clear deliverables. This would suit someone who enjoys fixing messy delivery problems, creating structure, keeping people accountable and helping a security function move work forward properly.
