- Industry experience preferred, ideally 4+ years (minimum 2 years required)
- Prior work in biotech, pharma, drug discovery, translational science, or related R&D settings
- Strong critical thinking and scientific communication skills
- Based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Europe preferred
