About the role
We're hiring experienced management consultants to work on high-impact engagements across strategy, operations, and financial advisory. You'll partner with decision-makers at fast-moving companies to diagnose ambiguous problems, structure analysis, build recommendations, and drive execution.
What you'll do
- Structure ambiguous business problems into crisp hypotheses and analytical frameworks
- Build financial models, market sizings, competitive benchmarks, and unit-economics analyses
- Synthesize findings into executive-ready deliverables — decks, memos, and dashboards
- Lead client conversations, workshops, and working sessions with senior stakeholders
- Support implementation planning and change management where engagements require it
What we're looking for
- 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB, Big Four strategy arms, or comparable tier-1 boutiques such as L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Roland Berger, or Parthenon)
- Strong command of at least one of: corporate strategy, operations / performance improvement, corporate finance, commercial due diligence, or go-to-market strategy
- Excellent structured problem-solving, financial modeling in Excel, and executive communication
- Comfortable owning workstreams end-to-end in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
- MBA or equivalent graduate credential from a top program is a plus
Who this role is NOT for
This role is for general management consulting only. We are not hiring:
- IT consultants or technology consulting generalists
- Systems integrators or technology implementation consultants
- ERP / SAP / Oracle / Salesforce / Workday implementation consultants
