We’re hiring Quality Analysts on a contract basis to help ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data. You’ll play a key role in reviewing outputs, flagging issues, and helping us maintain a high bar for quality across projects.
What You’ll Do
- Review work product against defined quality standards, rubrics, and guidelines
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps, and document them clearly
- Provide structured, actionable feedback to contributors and stakeholders
- Track quality metrics and surface recurring issues or trends
- Help refine and improve quality processes, checklists, and evaluation criteria
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across time zones

- Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for errors others miss
- Excellent written communication and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback
