Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to advance frontier agent evaluations in revenue operations. As a RevOps Expert, you'll build long-horizon ops tasks that mirror the work you already do, each paired with a deterministic rubric that grades agent performance against verifiable ground truth. Tasks need to have checkable answers; no open-ended essays, no subjective judgment calls.
Expect to build scenarios across:
- Pipeline and forecasting: hygiene audits against defined rules, forecast accuracy math, win/loss categorization against a rule set
- GTM infrastructure: lead routing and scoring against a specification, territory plans that rebalance to target quota distributions
- Compensation and analytics: commission calculations with known payouts, attribution math with a specified model
These scenarios will be challenging and take long sessions of focus.
Who we're looking for:
- 3+ years in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps
- Expertise in one or more of the following: Salesforce or HubSpot admin, pipeline analytics (SQL + BI tools), commission modeling, territory design, attribution modeling
- Comfortable reading and producing RevOps artifacts: pipeline reports, territory plans, commission models, routing flows, attribution readouts
- Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
- Located in the United States or Canada
Compensation: $70–$95/hr depending on domain depth and prior experience. Strong contributors are promoted based on task quality and throughput.
