Mercor is partnering with leading AI labs to build realistic enterprise environments that frontier AI agents are trained and evaluated in. We're seeking experienced sales and marketing professionals to join 1-hour paid live consultations to help scope the day-to-day workflows, artifacts, and decisions that define their roles, so we can author tasks that genuinely challenge state-of-the-art AI under sales and marketing personas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join a 1-hour live video consultation with a Mercor researcher and narrate, in detail, how you actually do your job: the CRM steps, outreach cadences, deal stages, campaign workflows, pipeline reviews, reporting, handoffs, and stakeholder interactions that fill your day.
- Walk through the Drive folders, decks, briefs, segment plans, campaign calendars, dashboards, and email threads that reflect how you organize your work, with some representation of the platforms that support it (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft, Tableau).
- Surface the multi-step workflows that span multiple apps, files, and stakeholders, especially the ones that would meaningfully challenge a frontier AI agent.
- Optionally contribute to follow-on task authoring where your scoped workflows become the foundation for tasks an AI agent will be evaluated on.
- Contribute to frontier AI research and benchmarking; the work you produce directly informs how leading labs train and evaluate the next generation of AI systems.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-time sales, account management, or marketing experience at a B2B company (SaaS / tech / enterprise software preferred).
- Background in one or more areas such as: Account Executive, SDR / BDR, or Sales Manager owning pipeline and quota; Customer Success or Account Management running renewals, expansion, and QBRs; Demand Generation, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing running multi-channel campaigns; Product Marketing, Brand, or Partnerships shaping positioning and GTM; Marketing Operations or RevOps managing the underlying tooling and reporting.
- Day-to-day use of CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), outreach tooling (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo), marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), and analytics (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong analytical thinking and communication, able to translate sales and marketing workflows into structured, reproducible task specs.
- Comfortable narrating your workflow live and answering follow-up questions in detail.
Compensation Note: This is a paid 1-hour live consultation at an hourly rate. Strong contributors may be invited to follow-on task authoring work.
