About the work
We're building a high-quality library of public-company investor relations work products.
You'll complete self-contained IR exercises from mock files (results packs, shareholder registers, analyst models) and produce the deliverable for each, graded against a rubric.
What you'll do
- Draft earnings releases, prepared remarks and Q&A briefings for a quarterly results call.
- Produce guidance-setting and revision recommendations with scenario support.
- Build investor day and IR presentation materials, equity story and positioning decks, AGM materials, and deal announcement packages.
- Analyze the shareholder register and ownership base, assess activist vulnerability, and draft dividend and capital return recommendations.
- You're a fit if you have
- 4+ years in an in-house investor relations role at a public company.
- Direct ownership of an earnings cycle: release, script, Q&A, analyst engagement.
- Nice to have
- IRC charter (NIRI); sell-side equity research before moving in-house; investor relations agency experience.
- Assessment
