As an established and expanding IT Services company, we are looking for a Field Engineer to join our team. You will be working from our modern offices in a rural setting on the outskirts of Chester (just off the A55) as well as travelling to client premises mainly throughout the Northwest region and on occasion throughout the UK.

As a key person within the team infrastructure no two days will be the same, and you will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

  • Providing technical support to clients
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Maintaining and updating IT systems

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology.
