We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about People Systems and excited by the opportunity to help shape and scale an HRIS in a fast-growing, acquisitive business.

Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week

This role will play a key part in building structure, consistency and efficiency across our people workflows, ensuring our HRIS supports the needs of the business today and scales with us for the future. You’ll join a small but ambitious People Team of 3, supporting the Group as it enters its next phase of growth with a relatively new HRIS. You’ll help evolve the system, increase automation and data capabilities to improve workflow efficiency, drive better data capture and ultimately, ensure the systems and processes meet the growing needs of the business.

Given the nature of the business and the growth trajectory, you can also expect to be involved in wider initiatives whilst supporting newly acquired businesses as they transition to our systems and practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up new business entities within the HRIS, ensuring accurate configuration and smooth integration.
  • Design, build and continuously improve workflows to streamline people processes.
  • Test, implement and optimise new modules and system functionality.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver change smoothly and successfully, particularly with newly acquired businesses.
  • Assist with the development and rollout of new system functionality, creating user documentation and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Manage compliance across the HRIS including GDPR, pay reporting and other key regulatory requirements.
  • Create and deliver insightful people analytics reports to support managers and leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership to validate payroll and resolve system-related issues.
  • Maintain and update the benefits module and ensure accurate processing of employee choices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • You’ll be an experienced HRIS Advisor or Coordinator, or a tech savvy HR Assistant/Administrator, with experience of system implementation, testing and HR metrics and analytics.
  • You will need to be comfortable operating proactively, whilst working in a supportive environment that fosters learning from mistakes in pursuit of innovation and improvement.
  • Ideally, you’ll bring:
  • Hands-on experience managing an HRIS platform (experience of Payroll and Time & Attendance systems would also be beneficial).
  • A background in HR operations, systems and compliance.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law (European practices would be a bonus).
  • Analytical mindset to turn data into insights and improvements.
  • A collaborative approach and a keen eye for continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A valid UK driver’s license.
