Are you a fleet management expert with supplier management experience and a passion for compliance and efficiency in fleet operations? We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to take ownership of our expanding fleet of company cars and liveried commercial vans. This is a key operational role, offering the opportunity to lead and enhance fleet performance, champion regulatory compliance, implement best practices and proactively manage vendor relationships, ensuring efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
The Role
- Manage vehicle ordering, replacement cycles, leasing, and disposals
- Oversee fleet insurance, renewals, and claims
- Manage telematics and vehicle tracking systems
- Control fleet costs and budgets
- Ensure vehicle branding, security, and compliance standards
- Develop and maintain fleet and driver policies
- Ensure compliance with road safety and H&S legislation
- Promote safe driving culture and manage driver checks
- Produce reports on fleet performance and compliance
About You
- Proven experience managing large company vehicle fleets (330 vehicles and growing)
- Strong knowledge of leasing, insurance, telematics, and compliance
- Experience creating fleet and driver safety policies
- Strong organisational and commercial skills
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management
